(Hemp Seed Oil should not be heated before consumption)

Ingredients:

• 3 tbsp Hemp Oil
• 1 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
• 1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
• 2 cloves garlic (crushed & minced)
• Salt & Pepper, to taste

 

Directions:

• Whisk all ingredients together until evenly blended
• Season to taste; add fresh minced herbs

 

 

 

Substitutions:

• Use raw Apple Cider Vinegar instead of balsamic 
• Use lime or orange juice for a different citrus flavor
• Use honey or agave nectar to add sweetness 

Ingredients:

• 1 tbsp Beeswax
• 1.5 tbsp Shea Butter
• 1 tsp Hemp Seed Oil
• 1 tsp Avocado Oil or Coconut Oil 
• 4 drops Tea Tree Oil 

 

Directions:

• Warm beeswax and shea butter to melt
• Add in oils and stir
• Pour mixture in tin or jar
• Leave mixture overnight to thicken
• Use as desired
